We provide full-cycle video production and post-production services, including pre-production, filming, editing, colour grading, VFX, motion graphics, drone operations, and related creative services.

All projects are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are quoted based on the agreed scope of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Quotes are valid for a limited period

An advance deposit may be required before work begins

Final delivery may be subject to full payment
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or delayed delivery until payment is received.
We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in the collection of overdue payments, including administrative and legal costs, where permitted by Irish law.
5. Intellectual Property
All video, visual, and creative materials produced by Gaelic Mirage Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment:

The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered content for the agreed purpose

Ownership of raw footage, project files, source files, and working materials is not transferred, unless explicitly agreed in writing
Gaelic Mirage Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, showreels, and promotional materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
6. Third-Party Services
This website may include links, embeds, or integrations with third-party services (including video platforms and social networks).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Gaelic Mirage Studio shall not be liable for:

Loss of business, profit, revenue, or data

Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.

All aerial filming, where applicable, is conducted in compliance with EU and Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) regulations and is supported by professional insurance.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding locations, permissions, access rights, and project requirements.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law.
